The Sati Foundation is a grassroots non-profit organization devoted to improving the mental health and overall well-being of at-risk and underserved youth in Thailand. Through mindfulness-based workshops, counseling, and holistic support, Sati empowers young individuals to overcome challenges such as trauma and family instability. The foundation provides educational opportunities, confidence-building activities, and practical livelihood training, equipping youth with essential skills for self-reliance and brighter futures. By fostering resilience and empowerment, Sati inspires positive change in the lives of these youth and their communities.

Established in 2014, the Sati Foundation recognizes the intricate connections between societal challenges, such as poverty, education, and healthcare. Addressing one without tackling the others often falls short. Guided by its core values—youth, healthcare, and education—Sati focuses on two key pillars: expanding opportunities and fostering empowerment.
​Our workshops on mental health and sex education along with counseling services, equip young people with the knowledge and tools to navigate challenges and foster resilience and emotional well-being. Complementing these efforts, we provide creativity and livelihood programs that act as powerful tools for building self-esteem and personal development. Small victories, such as mastering a skate trick or crafting the perfect cup of coffee, serve as transformative moments that promote belief systems.
